Hello there! I'm here to suggest a change on the game mechanics or the creation of a mod for wound infections to make it a little harder or realistic, or to add a little more depth to it. The suggestion and/or mod would be: If you get any tipe of wound, if not taken care of it, it will get infected (as it already does), using dirty bandages will of course, make the chance of infection worse..

No point in investing in first aid skills either. Especially with mods, there is so much content I would never experience.
